1. Accountable for financial planning and management of Server business group to help meet financial goals. Financial field including - spending/cost saving and control, budgetary planning, P&L projection, rolling forecast planning, production/equipment investment evaluation, NRE management, manufacturing cost review and KPI evaluation. 2. Lead financial controller team to highlight business/operation issues and provide suggestions for business growth and improvement. 3. Lead the team to develop more systematic way on financial data analysis to enhance internal process/efficiency. 4. Develop talents/organizational capability and maintain long-term team sustainability. |
