職務說明：

 1. Work with MFG team to complete a project in a certain timeframe.
2. Develop, review, and optimize MFG process to improve efficiency, yield and quality.
3. Support new product introduction (NPI), pilot runs, and mass production.
4. Analysis production data and implement continuous improvement actions.
5. Create and maintain SOPs, WI, PFMEA and process documentation.
6. Support equipment validation, line setup and process qualification.
7. Implement strategies to improve production efficiency and achieve KPI goals.
8. Leading and managing PE team, Recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
9. Ensure that products comply with quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
10.Cross-department collaboration: BU, RD, supply chain, and sales departments to ensure that production is consistent with the company's overall goals.
11.MFG 7 wastes, scrap management and Improvement plans.

專長條件：

 1. Bachelor's degree plus.
2. Good English oral and written communication skills.
3. Experience in manufacturing and standard operating procedures.
4. Family to Server / AME Process and follow safety protocols
5. Willing to work hard with dedication and able to work under pressure.
6. Candidate must be willing to dig into the numbers, take leadership on cross-functional teams and ownership of processes.
7. Minimum of 10 years of related PE experience
8. Minimum of 10 years of related SMT/PCA process experience
9. Preferred experience in co-working with BU, MFG, MPE,TE, SCM and PM on MFG solution study/define, cross-function related issues
10.Teamwork personality is essential and required.
