 Responsibilities
1. Lead hardware development on networking hardware products.
2. Execute hardware design on Ethernet switch hardware products.
3. System bring up and validation.
4. Hardware system test plan and validation (EVT/DVT)
5. Define high level architecture.
6. Work closely with cross function teams (Development teams, manufacturing).
7. Strong communication and documentation skills.

專長條件：

 Basic Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in related field.
2. 5 years of experienced with Ethernet switch hardware system and networking products.
3. Experience in schematic and PCB design with tools (Capture, Allegro)
4. Experience in system bring up and debug.
5. Familiar with equipment operation (Scope, protocol analyzer etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with FPGA/CPLD Design.
2. Experience with DC/DC converters and power management methods.
3. Experience with high speed signal design, deal with signal integrity.
4. Experience with X86 CPU system.
