1.Work with assistant/technical project manager and customers to understand customer’s technical requirements 2.Work with design engineers to solve technical issues and ensure technical deliverables are met in time 3.Verify and validate product to meet the requirement 4.Build the first article or samples 5.Provide inputs for work instruction or traveler 6.Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer technical requirements 7.Support project manager to complete ISO documents 8.Provide technical transfer of new product to related departments in beta sample, pilot run and mass production phases 9.Provide product or project related training 10.Provide field technical support prior to mass production and solve customer’s technical issue 11.Coach/train new NPI engineer (Staff/Sr. NPI Engineer) |
