職務說明：

 1. Business Management
• Drives Service Operation’s performance (Demands) to meet Operational and Financial targets
• Right structure to ensure timely and professional implementation of services on all new contracts, products, etc.
• Provides guidance for the development and implementation of Service Operation action plans

2. Customer Satisfaction
• Manages the problem resolution process (identification, assignment of ownership, escalation, resolution & follow-up for T&C and Repairs business).
• Guides development and implementation of action plans.
• Establishes and maintains enduring relationships with customers.
• Empower employees to use their capabilities to satisfy customers.
• Assesses, understands, anticipates, and communicates customer needs.
• Advises Field Ops on resources to meet customer needs.

3. Building up capability of the Team
• Develop the Service Operations teams to have the essential skillset to perform chiller servicing and troubleshooting.
• Involve in training up the team to be more technically sound
• Building up the capability of team leaders to manage the smaller team and ensure knowledge transfer from senior to junior staff

4. Employee Satisfaction and Development (Employee Relations)
• Creates and ensures an atmosphere that promotes frequent, open and candid communications.
• Addresses/resolves employee issues and/or conflicts.
• Provides educational/training to meet current and future customer needs.
• Develops employee's skills and knowledge by planning and implementing effective development activities, establishing performance goals, performance evaluation and performance counselling.

專長條件：

 • Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 10 years of related experience in HVAC industry or equivalent and previous Service Operation experience strongly preferred
• Leadership experience or exposure in order to lead and manage the teams
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks within deadlines and work well under pressure
