1.Strategy, Planning & Management •Oversee all corporate investments and assist ad hoc investment projects. •In charge of all kinds of aspects of finance including budgeting, accounting and internal risk control •Oversee the financial risk factors and give recommendation for further action plan 2.Treasury & Cash Management •Cash management, short-term financing, banking relations and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners, foreign exchange management, property and liability insurance, credit and collection etc. •Manage and capitalize assets of legal entity through effective budget and cost optimization •Analyze and define actions plan with the entities to improve their cash collection and inventory level •Improve Balance Sheet quality throughout the assigned scope and implement regular reviews of key accounts •Proactively managing our major financial risks, especially in the areas of taxation and treasury •Foreign currency management and hedge strategy and execution 3.Global tax & subsidiary compliance •Responsible for direct and indirect taxes compliance reporting and audit activity •Manage expat taxes, ensure intercompany activities are reporting consistently with transfer pricing policies and procedures, transfer pricing analysis and reporting. •Assist with advising shareholding structure, handle relative transactions, and participate in international meetings. •Formulate the strategy of capital allocation and polices towards investment 4.Finance Project •Lead, manage and provide direction the end-to-end finance project •Responsible to provide direction, strategic guidance, business case, approve resources, manage costs/ risks and implement post-project review in achieving business goals and investments 5.People Development •Accountable and responsible for team capability development, upskilling and review team fit in terms of teamwork and collaboration, inclusion and social dimension, transparency, respect and trust •Responsible to drive performance driven culture, to reward performer and manage underperformer •Accountable for teams’ constructive feedback to raise team performance for continuous improvement •Inspire, coach, and guide your team |

專長條件: |
1.Master Degree in Finance / Accounting and a professional certification (CPA/ CFA) 2.Minimum of 20 years’ relevant finance experience in multinational or Taiwan listing company, preferably with manufacturing / network industry 3.Experienced with fund raising/ international tax planning 4.Proven track record of business partnering and fiduciary responsibility 5.Track record in Mergers & Acquisitions transactions is a plus 6.Strong leadership, business partnering and able to contribute to the strategic decision and still being hands on are key qualities 7.Proven track record of success in driving change, achieving targets and working across the different regions 8.A self-starter with good communication and project management skills 9.A collaborative team player with all cross functional teams and external stakeholders and have ability to inspire others 10.High level of integrity, persistent and structure and results-driven 11.An analytical mindset and high level of persistency 12.Good problem solving skills and able to provide analysis to understand root causes 13.Language proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and English, other language(s) are added advantage |
