職務說明：

 As the Coordinator of HRBP-South Asia Region, you'll coordinate with South Asia to
1. Partner with regional HRBP to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
2. Driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward within the South Asia Region, while always ensuring they align with the company's business objectives.
3. He / She must possess deep business acumen & understand the company’s challenges to help address the organization and talent needs.
4. Lead core HR processes in the South Asia region, which included Organization Change, HRIS, Performance Appraisal, Focal Merit & Promotions, Sales and Management Incentive Program and etc.
5. Partner with the Learning & Development team in areas of talent management, training & development, career mobility, and job performance.
6. Work closely with HR COE & SSC partners on various initiatives and projects.

專長條件：

 1. 8+ years of experience in full function HR, especially in C&B and SuccessFactors.
2. Successful experience in cross-cultural teams and management, prefer experience in South Asia.
3. Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially organization development, change management, and employee relations.
4. Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Have successfully developed innovative solutions to business problems.
5. Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows upward and downward.
6. Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.
7. Fluent in English to communicate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds across the globe, developing good work relationships across the organization.
8. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or related domains is preferred.
