職務說明:

1.Lead and manage full-spectrum HR functions, including payroll administration, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and training & development.
2.Oversee and continuously improve HRIS and personnel management systems to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
3.Act as a strategic HR partner to site management, supporting organizational development and business objectives.
4.Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws and local regulatory requirements, as well as corporate HR policies.

專長條件:

1.Minimum 10 years of experience in a human resources management or leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
2.Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related discipline.
3.Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
4.Strong practical experience in payroll management, performance appraisal systems, and HR operations.
5.In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR best practices.
6.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation is a strong plus.
