職務說明：

 1. Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering.
2. Extensive experience of Space flight program design, development, assembly, integration, test and flight operations experience.
3. Multiple demonstrable conflict resolution experiences from technical, programmatic, personnel and overt lessons learned.
4. Multiple demonstrable experiences identified and executed plans across multiple projects.
5. Demonstration of successfully managing small teams at all levels of engineering discipline and experience.
6. A minimum of 5 years of relevant Engineering Management experience on at least two Space flight development programs or Aerospace related programs.
7. An additional minimum of 7 years of Space flight program design, development, assembly, integration, test and flight operations experience. (Optional)
8. Demonstration of successfully managing teams in excess of 10 persons at all levels of engineering discipline and experience.
