1. Service Programing :
1-1.Service innovation development for consumer/commercial markets
1-2.Define service strategy/policy/model for products & countries
1-3.Co-work with regional team to finalize service quotation for products & countries

2. Interlock Services:
2-1.Kickoff new product/ country service
2-2.Review and discuss service strategy/policy/model/SLA/cost
2-3.Drive & synchronize global functional teams and regional teams to resolve service issues & request (such as KPI improvement, quality issue resolution, cost improvement, product design change, re-SKU, rework event…)

3. Service Deployment:
3-1.Control service NPI readiness
3-2.Implement service strategy/policy/model for new product & countries
3-3.Customer Satisfaction and NPS management
3-4.Risk management for big quality issue & safety issue coordination

專長條件:

1.學歷要求:大學或研究所畢業。
2.英文聽說讀寫精通。
3.工作經驗要求:
(1)具備2年商用顯示器客服經驗者佳。
(2)具備10年以上客服相關經驗,以Monitor產業經驗尤佳。
(3)具備B2B或B2C客服經驗 。
(4)具備大屏售前安裝服務規劃。

4.其他要求:
(1) 15+ years global tier 1 brand company service management experience
(2) 8+ years worldwide service network operation and management experience
(3) 10+ years operation KPI management and cost management experience
(4) Familiarity with coordinating sales team for service events
(5) Commercial monitor service experience is preferred
(6) Regional service management experience is preferred
