職務說明：

 1. Provide the focal point for advice and technical expertise in financial management,
including the development of policies and procedures
2. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with
statutory requirements and best practices
3. Manage the budgeting processes to monitor, control, approve and evaluate costs, revenues and
cash flows
4. Create reports and variance analyses
5. Continuously improving financial processes and identifying and enhancing efficiencies in processes
5. Ensuring compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, including
coordinating audits and acting as primary contact for auditors and advisors
6. Maintain key relationships with banks, auditors and other third parties
7. Establish key performance indicators and monitor ongoing performance
8. Develop policies, standards and guidelines in respect of accounting procedures concepts and methodologies
9. Provide leadership and management to the business unit, within the scope of the position's
responsibilities
10.Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray our group in a positive manner

專長條件：

 1. Sound knowledge of taxation and commercial laws, including local GAAP and
taxation regulations
2. Familiarity with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
3. Excellence in Management Accounting (including knowledge of sophisticated
corporate financial
forecasting techniques)
4. Knowledge of business commerce law
5. Talent to develop pragmatic solutions and to present complex issues clearly
6. Experience using ERP systems (SAGE or others) in operation
7. Professional usage of MS software
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
9. Excellent written and verbal communications in English.
