職務說明:

1. Business Ownership & Growth Strategy
Own overall Japan market performance, including annual revenue target achievement and sustainable growth planning across assigned accounts and segments.
2. Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, coach, and develop the Japan sales team; set clear goals, establish operating cadence, and build a talent pipeline to strengthen sales execution capability.
3. Commercial Governance (Pricing / Margin / Cost-down)
Drive pricing strategies supported by market insights, competitor intelligence, and periodic cost analysis; lead cost reviews and cost-reduction initiatives to protect margin across NPI and MP phases.
4. Customer Escalation & Issue Resolution Cross function team communication to ensure the customer satisfaction level.
Build executive-level relationships with customers; continuously gather and synthesize market/customer intelligence to inform business decisions and cross-functional actions.
5. Order Fulfillment & Operational Alignment for MP
Ensure smooth order fulfillment during mass production by aligning internal stakeholders, resolving constraints, and maintaining strong communication with customers on supply, schedule, and risk.
6. Receivables & Risk Control
Manage exceptions in accounts receivable; drive timely collections, mitigate credit risk, and ensure payment discipline in alignment with company policy.

專長條件:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Japanese Proficiency: Fluent in Japanese listening/speaking/reading/writing; JLPT N1 is required.
3. Experience: Proven track record in sales/business development within the electronics industry (senior level leadership exposure preferred).
4. Domain Knowledge: Experience with networking or communication products is a strong plus.

Preferred Leadership Competencies (Recommended Add-ons for Director Level)
• Strong stakeholder management across R&D / PMC / PE / Production and customer organizations.
• Executive communication, structured problem-solving, and escalation management.
• Ability to translate market intelligence into pricing strategy and cost governance actions across NPI/MP stages.
