職務說明:

1. CSD organization planning , recruiting , training and management
2. Set up KPI , review and improve to achieve KPI target
3. Host weekly CSD reviewing meeting to review weekly follow up and report to manager
4. Coordinate cross function team to solve customer complain or request
5. Warranty contract review and negotiate with customer if necessary
6. Regular/Irregular business trip at home and abroad to handle RMA and customer complaint
7. Negotiate compensation issue with customer for special case
8. Handle matters assigned by the director/manager

工作地點:

桃園/新竹/苗栗

薪  資:

120~160萬

專長條件:

1. 具三年以上客服經驗 , 可獨立處理客訴議題
2. 具三年以上電子產品相關經驗 , 可獨立與跨部門團隊溝通合作
3. 熟悉品質手法與相關品質工具
4. 具人員管理經驗佳
5. 學士碩士,英文精通
6. With cost concept
7. Visit customer independently to handling complain and RMA at home and abroad.
