職務說明:

1.review remuneration policies and incentive programs and support the hr vp in designing necessary processes to ensure they are appropriate and compliant.

2.review and support in design, amendment the salary structures, job evaluations and job grading structures and benefit programs.

3.define and integrate remuneration difference in all sites and transfer legal perspective to local management team with internal policy / regulation introduction

4.perform compensation review and activities (benchmarking, pay competitiveness, pay review and compensation structure review) for competitive remuneration for attract, retain and develop employees.

5.review and initiate communication materials for remuneration policies and procedure for internal customers and the organization to comply with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards

6.implement initiatives on performance management with incentive programs and rewarding system to recognize people contribution and performance for driving a high performance culture.
