職務說明：

 1. Define and drive the product roadmap and lifecycle for EnGenius Ethernet Switch or Server platform aligned with corporate strategy.
2. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback integration to shape product differentiation.
3. Collaborate closely with internal & external teams to define product architecture, feature sets, and hardware specifications.
4. Collect customer feedback and support pre-sales teams in early evaluations or beta programs.
5. Work with supply chain and operations to ensure cost, lead time, and quality targets are met throughout the product lifecycle.
6. Lead the preparation of product documentation, sales kits, and training materials.
7. Support trade show preparation, ecosystem partner enablement activities, including alliances with silicon vendors, and system integrators.

專長條件：

 1. Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; engineering background is a plus.
2. 10+ years of experience in product management, project coordination, or technical marketing (Ethernet Switch, Server, Networking preferred).
3. Comfortable navigating between business and technical teams.
4. Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
5. Good communication skills in English.
6. Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
7. Ability to think both strategically and tactically with a customer-first mindset.
