 1. Focus on expanding and developing the 5G O-RAN small cell business, continuously increasing sales by exploring new customers across various verticals and leveraging market insights.
2. Define the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for the 5G product line.
3. Guide and collaborate with the R&D team to launch new products.
4. Lead the concept phase of the product, driving teams to achieve defined objectives, including features, timelines, pricing, and managing PoC projects.
5. Collaborate with regional account sales teams and channels to explore new market applications and drive 5G O-RAN product revenue growth.
6. Sustain 5G product lifecycle management.

專長條件：
1. 5 years of experience in the network communication equipment/telecom industry, with expertise in 5G networks being a plus.
2. Aggressive, organized, time-sensitive, willing to take on challenges, and able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
3. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation skills.
4. Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate in Japanese being a plus.
5. Willing to accept necessary short-term business trips.
