Position Summary: The Head of EC Operation will lead the strategy, setup, and execution of the e-commerce business across own webshop and third-party platforms. This person must have experience in building EC from scratch, managing both frontend and backend operations, driving traffic, optimizing UX/UI for conversion, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities: • Build and scale end-to-end EC infrastructure (webshop, 3rd-party EC, backend ops). • Lead EC sales forecasting, P&L, pricing, margin planning, and inventory alignment. • Manage day-to-day webshop operations: traffic, conversion, AOV, return & refund processes. • Oversee technical EC platform development • Analyze performance data and KPIs; run weekly PDCA to improve efficiency. • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, product, and customer service teams for smooth ops. • Build and manage a lean EC team (marketing, content, CS, logistics, etc.) |

專長條件: |
• 8+ years in EC operation with proven results in traffic, sales, and conversion growth. • Experience building EC teams and systems from scratch (preferably in startup/scale-up). • Strong knowledge of EC platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, etc.). • Data-driven mindset, hands-on with GA4, Meta/Google Ads Manager, Hotjar, etc. • Fluent in English(other EU language will be plus) • Background in DTC brands,bike,ebike, mobility, consumer electronics, or outdoor lifestyle is a plus. |
