專長條件：

 1. 8 years+ experience in Ethernet Switch hardware design
2. Familiar with BCM and Marvell solution
3. High-speed signal(at least 25G NRZ SerDes lanes) hardware design experience
4. Intel x86 CPU hardware design experience is plus
